What we collect
When you request a Workforce Capacity Review, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, work email, mobile number, company name, your role, business type, the pressure point you select, anything you choose to tell us in the optional free-text field, your hiring status, and your consent. We also store attribution details (the page and button you came from, and any UTM parameters in the link you followed) so we understand which conversations people find useful.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and coordinate the review.
- To prepare for the conversation, so your Final Hire Explorer can focus on the work beneath the pressure you described.
- To improve our own website and outreach, in aggregate. We never sell your information.
What we do not do
- We do not place your personal contact details, free-text answers, or company name into analytics events.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not use your request as consent to marketing beyond the review you asked for.
Analytics
Our on-site analytics are allowlist-only: a small set of interaction events (for example, that a review form was started or submitted) with coarse properties such as business type and pressure point. These events never include names, emails, phone numbers, job-posting URLs, free text, or exact company names.
Retention and your choices
We keep review requests only as long as needed to coordinate the review and any follow-up you ask for. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by telling your Final Hire Explorer or replying to any message we send you.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be raised with your Final Hire Explorer during any conversation, or through the contact path you used to reach us.
